PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing method in which the performance of a beam- column connection section can be evaluated by an experimental method using a simple model specimen without using a partial frame specimen (a crossed shape) or the like with a connecting-section detailed section in conformity with an actual condition and a loadingd device. SOLUTION: The forced-application device F to the beam-column connection section has a reaction stand 10, two reaction blocks 11 and two jacks 13U, 13L. The reaction stand 10 has at least two legs 10a disposed in upright to a bedrock and a loading beam 10b built between these legs 10a, and is formed in an approximately U-shape in the front view. The reaction blocks 11 fix both ends in the axial direction of a steel-pipe column.
