PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel encased reinforced concrete building in which the erection process of a steel frame is not divided, the number of equipment and materials carried in and out is decreased, the labor of a preparatory plan is reduced and operating efficiency can be improved. SOLUTION: Steel-framed beams 12 are built to steel-framed columns 11, the steel-framed beams 12 are composed of grooved steel for the steel-framed beams as pairs of 'steel materials for the steel-framed beams' disposed in parallel at regular intervals, gusset plates for intermediate steel-framed supports are disposed among pairs of the grooved steel for the steel-framed beams, the end sections of the intermediate steel-framed supports 25 are installed on the gusset plates, and the first and second braces 28, 29 are disposed onto the diagonals of square-shaped space sections formed of the steel-framed columns 11 and the steel-framed beams 12.
