PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To level a load of an AC commercial power supply by providing a function to store the power of the AC commercial power supply during night time and supply the stored power to a load during day time, in addition to using an uninterruptive load. SOLUTION: An AC commercial power supply 901 is connected to an AC-DC converter circuit 903. The output of the AC-DC converter circuit 903 is connected to a storage battery 905 and to the input of a DC-AC converter circuit 906. The output of the DC-AC converter circuit 906 is connected to a load 908 of an uninterruptive power supply, The input of a terminal voltage measuring circuit 910 is connected to the storage battery 905 and the terminal voltage is outputted to a charging on/off control means 11. A terminal current measuring circuit 911 is connected to a positive pole side terminal of the storage battery 905 to measure charging current and discharging current, which are outputted to the charging on/off control means 11. The charging on/off control means 11 is inputted with the output signals of a control data inputting means 12, the terminal voltage measuring circuit 910, and the terminal current measuring circuit 911 to control a charging circuit 904. As a result, a load of the AC commercial power supply can be leveled. |
