PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a fuel cell well shaped and excellent in sealability having highly physical strength, hardly impairable conductivity and a groove part of smooth surface contributing to the flow of a fluid. SOLUTION: In this separator for a fuel cell formed with a groove part 41 by pressing an expanded graphite sheet, a ratio of a width (L) of an opening of the groove part 41 to a depth (H) of the groove part 41 is 0.9 to 4.0. The groove part 41 is manufactured by using a mold making an angle of a side surface 43 and a bottom surface 42 of the groove part 41 is greater than 90 deg. and smaller than 120 deg.. |
