PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rewrite data practically by an address unit by utilizing a copying function even for a flash memory requiring the access of a bank unit. SOLUTION: The flash memory 20 built in a memory pack 20a freely attachable and detachable to/from a reception control part 3 by a connector 10 stores basic data in a first area and stores linked data in a second area. The reception control part 3 is provided with an SRAM 18 to be used as a storage area. A copy processing part 4 copies the data stored in the flash memory 20 to the SRAM 18 at the time of power supply. The copy processing part copies back the basic data and the linked data developed in a RAM to the flash memory of the memory pack by the operation of a write switch provided in an operation ?part at the time of a data registration mode. When power is supplied while pressing a restoration switch 13c, the copy processing part 4 copies back the basic data and the liked data held in the SRAM 18 to the flash memory 20.
