摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection resolution of a rotary position by obtaining the rotary position information of a stepping motor from the rising and trailing information of the output of a photo interruptor. SOLUTION: When output from an encoder output detection part is transmitted to a waveform-shaping circuit 26, an output waveform is added to an input terminal and is partially applied to one terminal to an IC2 and is also partially applied to an IC1 via an integration circuit consisting of resistors R1 and R2 and a capacitor C1 before inversion and being applied to the other terminal of the IC2. Then, every time when a pulse to be applied to an input terminal by an exclusive OR function is changed, a pulse with a width determined by the time constant of the integration circuit is outputted to an output terminal, but the waveform becomes the number of pulses being two times larger than an encoder output detection part output waveform and is outputted from a waveform-shaping circuit 26. Then, the pulse is transmitted to an input port 25, the trailing edge of the output pulse is detected, and a trailing signal is transmitted to a central-processing part 21, thus improving the accuracy of rotary position control.
