PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device, a cooling device and an air conditioner utilizing the cooling device capable of easily and stably controlling its temperature. SOLUTION: A plurality of cooling devices 42 are disposed at an air conditioning vent passage 41 so that a heat absorbing surface 42a of the device 42 becomes a ventilating passage inside and a heat radiating surface 42b becomes a ventilating passage outside. The surface 42b is cooled by circulating a cooling water, and regulated to become a desired temperature. Thus, a temperature of the surface 42a can be set to the desired temperature, and the air passing through the passage 41 can be cooled. Since the cooled air is fed into a room by a blower 43, an indoor temperature can be lowered. The temperature can be effectively and stably controlled without influence of an atmospheric temperature like a conventional air conditioner used in general. |
