MULTI-LAMINATED CERAMIC CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multi-laminated ceramic capacitor, in which the capacitance each capacitor does not vary and is slightly different are integrated. SOLUTION: This laminated ceramic capacitor is constituted by a laminate in which a plurality of capacitor elements are integrated, wherein the capacitor elements are formed by alternately laminating inner electrodes 11-19 and dielectric layers 9 and 10, while the same number of pairs of external electrodes as that of the internal electrodes formed side by side are prepared on mutually opposed outer surfaces of the laminate. Layers having internal electrodes 1-16 that are connected to the external electrodes and a layer having internal electrodes 17-19 that are not connected to the external electrodes are alternately laminated. The areas of the internal electrodes 17-19 in the layer which are not connected to the external electrodes are constituted to be different among each capacitor element.
