PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent local heating by a method, wherein a tank flange is disposed between windings with small eddy current in the longitudinal direction, or is disposed at a central part at the height not shifting in a tank height direction, with the eddy current. SOLUTION: When a leakage magnetic flux from a winding 2 penetrates into a tank 1 side, an eddy current 5 flows in a magnetic shield plate fitted inside the tank 1 as shown by the arrow, and a tank flange 4 is disposed at a position of the small eddy current 5 flowing in the tank 1 in the longitudinal direction, and the shift of the eddy current 5 is prevented at a minimum. Furthermore, when the leakage magnetic flux from the winding 2 attempts to penetrate into the tank 1 side, the eddy current flows in the magnetic shielding plate fitted inside the tank 1, but the tank flange part is disposed at a position where the eddy current flowing in a height direction of the tank 1 does not translate, thereby blocks translation of the eddy current.
