PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of preventing vibrations between terminals connected to each other, without plays between male and female connector housings so as to surely prevent fine slide abrasion of the terminals. SOLUTION: This connector 1 comprises a male connector housing 10 having a flexible lock arm 12, and a female connector housing 20 having a locking portion 23 to be locked to the lock arm 12 upon completion of engagement with the male connector housing 10, and a terminal 29 electrically connected to another terminal 19, both terminals being contained inside a terminal containing chamber 11. The female connector housing 20 is provided with a flexible vibration absorbing arm 26 for absorbing vibration upon completion of engagement with the male connector housing 10. The male connector housing 10 is provided with an urging portion 16 for resiliently deforming the vibration absorbing arm 26 during the engagement between the male and female connector housings 10, 20, and a contact portion 17 for holding the vibration absorbing arm 26, in contact with the vibration absorbing arm 26 between the urging portion 16 and the same upon the completion of the engagement.
