PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth leakage circuit breaker enhanced in insulation properties and preventing the malfunction that the earth leakage circuit breaker is tripped by waterdrops making contact with patterns of a zero-phase-current transformer input terminal and of a charged part on a printed circuit board thereby causing them to conduct to each other when water drops intrude into the earth leakage circuit breaker. SOLUTION: Substantially U-shaped cutouts 16 are formed in a lower end part 11 of a printed circuit board 9 so as to separate neighboring patterns 14, 14 of a charged part 13 and of a zero-phase-current transformer input terminal part 12 soldered to various lead wires 15 near the lower end part 11 of the printed circuit board 9, and also, an appropriate number of substantially U-shaped cutouts 16 are formed between neighboring patterns 14, 14 of the charged part 13 in a similar way.
