PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for previously inhibiting a call button from being depressed by providing a stopper linked to a peripheral rib constituting an enclosure. SOLUTION: A stopper 3 linked to a peripheral rib 6 constituting an enclosure 1 is adapted to be pressed into an apparatus centering around a part A by being pressed in by hand in the direction of an arrow as shown by broken lines. The stopper 3 pressed in gets under a call button 2. Under such a condition, if the call button 2 is erroneously depressed, the call button 2 hits against the stopper 3 at a part B and is inhibited from being farther pressed in, thereby preventing a switch 5 from being turned on. Because an elastic material such as a synthetic resin is used for the enclosure 1, the stopper 3 automatically returns to its original position by the restitutive force of the part A when the stopper 3 is released, and the call button 3 recovers its normal function.
