PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain access bandwidth (band frequency) of a terabit class while greatly reducing occupation area by selecting data from a port in response to a start made by a start means and transferring its address to a single-port memory. SOLUTION: A start circuit 5 outputs N address select signals SAn to an active address selecting circuit 6 and also outputs N readout select signals SRn and N write select signals SWn to an active data selecting circuit 7. Then a single-port memory start signal Sinternal driving, for example, an address decoder of the single-port memory is outputted to the single-port memory and active address selecting circuit 6 and a read/write signal R/Winternal for the reading or writing operation of the corresponding single-port memory is outputted to the input part of the single-port memory.
