PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comparatively simply enhance precision of synchronization of a system time in a PHS private communication network in a communication system where a CDMA communication network and the PHS private communication network are intermingled. SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 corrects a transmission timing of a position registration signal so as to be synchronous with a reception timing of a GPS synchronizing signal when receiving the GPS synchronizing signal from a CDMA communication network 12. The mobile phone 1 transmits the position registration signal according to the corrected transmission timing when receiving the position registration request signal from a PHS private communication network 16. Upon the receipt of the position registration signal from the mobile phone 1, since the PHS private communication network 16 corrects synchronization of a system time on the basis of the position registration signal whose precision is enhanced in response to the synchronization with the GPS synchronizing signal, the precision of the synchronization of the system time can be enhanced.
