SOLUTION: This system is provided with a telephone exchanging means 1 for performing line connection and line exchange between outside line telephone and extension telephone, a customer information database means 2 which manages customer information unitarily, and a call integration controller 5 which has an outbound job processing means for supporting an outbound job that guides various offered merchandise and services to customers on the basis of the customer information and inbound job processing means for supporting an inbound job that processes various collations, inquires, consultation or request transactions, etc., which are accessed by customers and which is further for transferring related customer information to a desired terminal device among plural job processing terminal devices constituting the respective job processing means through the communication line in transferring telephone connection to a customer between the outbound and inbound job processing means.
