PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily write data to multiple electric components in a short time by writing the data of order to the corresponding electric components when the order of data counted by a counter matches order information. SOLUTION: A counter selection part 50 selects necessary bits from the count data outputted by the counter 52. Each data write control circuit 54 performs data write control over one of multiple DUTs(device under testing). Multiple registers 54A store order information showing which of sequentially generated data is written for DUT that the data write control circuit 54 that the registers 54A belong to performs data write control over. When the order of the data counted by the counter 52 matches the order information, a control signal is supplied to the electric component corresponding to the order information to write the data of order to the electric component.
