<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an upper transparent electrode board to be used for a touch panel and having high scratch resistance and a device including the electrode board. SOLUTION: A touch panel 30 for a display device 50 with a touch panel is arranged on the display surface of a display device 40. The panel 30 is arranged so that a transparent electrode layer 3 of an upper transparent electrode board 10 and a transparent electrode layer 5 of a lower transparent electrode board 20 are opposed to each other through a prescribed interval. The electrode board 10 is provided with a transparent substrate 1, a transparent electrode layer 3 formed on the rear surface of the substrate 1, a polarizing plate 2 laminated to the upper surface of the substrate 1 and a herd coated processing part 7 laminated on the upper surface of the plate 2. The processing plate 7 includes a supporting material 71 consisting of a polyethylene terephthalate film or an acrylic film and a hard coated layer 72 formed on the upper surface of the material 71.</p> |
