<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the photosensitive resin composition capable of forming a high-contrast image and restraining dulling due to uneven printing satisfying white light safety and development allowance and reducing forming of a coating fluid and enhancing uniform coatability without reducing sensitivity. SOLUTION: It is characterized by incorporating, in the photosensitive resin composition, a fluoropolymer having (1) polymerization units each having a fluoroaliphatic group and (2) polymerization units each having a >=9C aliphatic group or an aromatic substituted by a >=2C aliphatic group and an acidic group.</p> |
