PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a conduction pattern without machining the plating on the surface of a resin member, by plating the surface of the resin member where a masking coat is not formed and forming the conduction pattern with plating. SOLUTION: Projecting parts 22 are spirally formed on a resin member 20 to which the plating of ABS resin can be bonded, which has insulation property and whose surface is in an almost cylindrical form. Masking liquid is applied to the whole surface of the resin member 29, it is suitably caked and a masking coat 24 is formed. The masking coats 24 installed on the surfaces of the projecting parts 22 are cut/removed. When plating is executed on the whole surface of the resin member 20 in a method similar to a conventional one, plating is not bonded to a part where the masking coat 24 remains, and plating is bonded only to the surfaces of the projecting parts 22. A conduction pattern 26 is formed by the plating on the surfaces of the projecting parts 22. Thus, the spiral conduction pattern 26 can be formed without a process of machining the plating.
