PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deviation measuring apparatus of a low cost and a small size capable of mounting in a business vehicle by measuring a deviation state of a trolley wire by using a discriminating method based on a level or the like of an output signal of a sensor. SOLUTION: Detection signal data of sensors A to D stored in a memory means are read by a processing means such as a personal computer or the like, and a graph indicating, for example, the relationship between a moving distance or time of a vehicle and a level and an amplitude of output signals of the sensors A to D is output from a print or display means or the like. An operator decides a trolley wire based on the graph or the like by using a predetermined discriminating method. Thus, a place in which a deviated distance of the wire is a first distance x or above can be discriminated. Since number and installing positions of the poles installed between stations are known in advance, substantial positions of the places in which the wire is deviated at the first distance x or above can be discriminated.
