PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the maintenance properties of a flow quantity detector and detect the time of piping washing accurately, by providing a circulating channel that connects a suction opening of a bath tub, a circulating pump, a wastewater purifier, a heater, a flow quantity detector, and a discharge opening of the bath tub by a piping, and by arranging the flow quantity detector immediately in front of the discharge opening. SOLUTION: When a bath water circulating filtration device 11 is in the OFF state, an indication/operation part 9 is operated. When a circulating pump 4 is driven through a control part 10, the bath water 2 in a bath tub 1 is sucked up from a suction opening 3 and fed into a circulating channel. After it is filtered and purified by a wastewater purifier 5, it is heated by a heater 6. After that, it is refluxed to the bath tub 1 from an discharge opening 8 through a flow quantity detector 7. At this time, when the bath water 2 has passed in a predetermined flow quantity, a built-in flapper rotates against magnetic force to bring the flow quantity detector 7 to the ON state. However, it is determined and informed that the flow quantity detector 7 is abnormal or that it is a piping washing time, in such a case that the flow quantity detector 7 is still in the ON state after the shutdown of the circulating pump 14.
