PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain further simplification of the structure of the apparatus and higher versatility of the apparatus while accurately preventing a failure of an excessive rise in the radiation temperature of a low temperature radiator in a parallel connection of the low temperature radiator and a high temperature radiator. SOLUTION: A setting means 44 is provided to determine the connection state of radiators a low temperature radiator single connection in which a low temperature radiator 3 along is connected or a low/high radiator parallel connection in which the low temperature radiator 3 and a high temperature radiator 4 are connected in parallel. A switching means 45 is provided and according to the setting by the setting means 44, in the low temperature radiator single connection, the temperature ta of a feed heating medium Wa is shifted to a preset low temperature taL whole the supply flow rate of the heating medium for the low temperature radiator 3 is shifted to a preset large flow rate. On the other hand, in the low/high temperature radiator parallel connection, the supply flow rate of the heating medium for the low temperature radiator 3 is shifted to a preset small flow rate while the temperature ta of the feed heating medium Wa is shifted to a high temperature taH.
