PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a data transfer rate and to improve the reliability regarding the correction of data by transmitting only some data including the periphery of corrected data from multiple terminals to a data managing device side and correcting the same data in a database from multiple terminals at the same time. SOLUTION: A terminal 100 accesses the database 210 from the managing device 200 to obtain desirable data, i.e., one of data cells A to F20. Then the obtained data is corrected. The data managing device 200 receives the corrected data, i.e., the data cell and compares it with the source data. Consequently, it is decided whether or not updated data is already present in the database 210. When so, an additional inserting process is performed. In this process, new corrected data are additionally inserted into the database 210 so that the update data is not erased. Then the database 210 is displayed on an LCD 3.
