PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-button switch, high in waterproof performance, low in cost, and simple in structure. SOLUTION: On a printed circuit board 6 having electrodes 7, 8 formed thereon, a curved movable contact piece 2 is placed with a spacer 3 interposed therebetween, the movable contact piece 2 is sealed up by adhesively sticking a waterproof film 1 on the movable contact piece 2 from above, through holes 9, 10, 11 are bored through the printed circuit board 6 for wiring electric wires 15 to the printed circuit board 6, a peripheral wall 14 is formed around the electric wires 15 and the through holes 9, 10, 11, and the peripheral wall 14 is hermetically sealed up by means of a seal member.
