PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make accurately alignable radiation images respectively recorded on plural sheets which are connected so that the sheets may partly overlap each other, and to make reconstitutable the images. SOLUTION: The radiation image P of an object is recorded across two stimulabe phosphor sheets 31 and 32 which are connected so that they may partly overlap each other, and among two radiation images obtained and from respective stimulable phosphor sheets 31 and 32, a template T is set in the overlapping area of the 2nd radiation image by a template setting means 12, and an area coinciding with the template is searched in the overlapping area of the 1st radiation image by a template coinciding means 13, then, the alignment is executed by an aligning means 14 so that the template may coincide with the area, and one radiation image P is reconstituted by a reconstituting means 15. |
