PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely solder a circuit board to a case main body with good workability on a shield case which loads the circuit board soldered with the case main body. SOLUTION: In a shield case, a soldering part 12A is integrally installed in a case main body 8 and a circuit board 9 is soldered/fixed to the case main body 8 with the soldered part 12A. The soldered part 12A is constituted of a tongue piece 25A and a connection 26A, which integrally connects the tongue piece 25A and the case main 8. A width size W2 of the connection 26A is made narrower than the width W1 of the tongue piece 25A (W2<W1). Thus, heat applied to the tongue piece 25A is suppressed to be thermally conducted to the case main body 8 at soldering.
