PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the safe pin arrangement changeover circuit of a semiconductor device which is free of erroneous outputs and erroneous inputs. SOLUTION: Two setting pins with built-in pull-up resistors for the selection of the changeover of pin arrangement are provided. The pin arrangement of a semiconductor device 1 is changed, when the two pins are set so as to have combinations of 'High'-'Low' and 'Low'-'High'. Inputted/outputted data are cut off, when the two pins are set so as to have combinations of 'High'-'High' and 'Low'-'Low'.
