PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the flow-dividing balance of the refrigerant flow-dividing device of a heat exchanger by holding an entire pipeline so that it can be entirely covered with a pair of left and right pipeline-retaining tools from a flow- dividing pipe being connected to two heat transfer pipes projecting from one side of the heat exchanger to the bent part of a refrigerant pipe. SOLUTION: A flow-dividing pipe 2 is connected to a heat transfer pipe projecting from one side of a heat exchanger 1 being provided in the indoor machine of an air-conditioner. Also, a flow-dividing pipe 3 is provided with a bent part 4 for allowing a refrigerant to flow into the flow-dividing pipe. A pair of left and right pipeline-retaining tools 5 and 6 hold a pipeline so that it can be entirely covered from the left and right from the flow-dividing pipe 2 to the bent part 4 of the refrigerant pipe 3, and is formed in a shape along the pipeline by the press machining of a sheet metal. Extension parts 7 and 8 are extended to the outside at the flow-dividing pipe side and the bent part side of the pair of left and right pipeline-retaining tools 5, thus forming an insertion hole 10 and a screw hole 11 of a fixing screw 9. A heat-resistant rubber 12 is a heat-resistant damping member that is applied to the inner surface of the pair of left and right pipeline-retaining tools 5 and 6.
