PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an effect onto an input side against a load fluctuation in the case of on control by providing an excellent isolation characteristic to a high frequency switch that intermits a high frequency signal and configuring the high frequency switch with a monolithic microwave integrated circuit. SOLUTION: The high frequency switch consists of cascode connection of 1st and 2nd bipolar transistors(TRs) 12, 13. A high frequency input signal IN is applied to a base B2 of the pre-stage TR 12 and a control signal S to apply on/off control to the TR 13 is fed to a base B3 of the post-stage TR 13. An output signal OUT amplifying the input signal IN is outputted from a collector C3 of the TR 13.
