PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently make a transformer using recycled oil harmless and facilitate sorting and collection of valuables and substances to be stored. SOLUTION: This processing system can disassemble a transformer using recycled oil into valuables and substances to be stored by steps of housing a transformer 1, from which oil has been removed in a vacuum heating apparatus 10 and vacuum-heating at a temperature lower than 300 deg.C with a pressure of 900 Pa or lower for two hours or longer, sorting the vacuum-heated transformer 1 into a case 2 and transformer contents 1A, sorting the transformer contents 1A into an iron core 1a and a coil 1b, and further vacuum-heating at a temperature lower than 300 deg.C with a pressure of 900 Pa or lower for two hours or longer, winding a copper wire of the coil 1b, while removing an insulator during rewinding, individually crushing the case 2, the iron core 1a and the copper wire, and successively spalling them for individual volume reduction processing as valuable materials and collecting the insulator in a sealed chamber.
