PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of easily, fairly and surely performing the job instruction, report and sum-up management of nursing or the like and easily gathering the vital data of a person requiring nursing as well. SOLUTION: This transmission/reception management system 1 is provided with transmission terminal equipment 3 and reception management terminal equipment 4 capable of communication through a communication medium of a public line 2 or the like and the transmission terminal equipment is provided with a touch type input part 13 provided with plural touch keys, a display part 6, a storage part 8, an arithmetic part 7, a transmission part 11 and an output part 12. A sentence or the like is freely stored by a RAM function respectively in the touch keys of the touch type input part, transmission information is easily taken out and the transmission part performs transmission only in the case that whether or not an ID number registered in the storage part beforehand and an inputted ID number match is computed in the arithmetic part and they match.
