PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity by reducing materials to be worked and reducing the cost and saving resources of materials and shortening the time required for working and to extend the selection range of working machine used for working. SOLUTION: A resin molding mold 1 has a cavity 2 internally formed. A mold forming member 4 which has a virtual cavity 2a of the same shape as the cavity 2 to be formed is formed. The mold forming member 4 is cut along an arbitrary cut face A to suppose a polygon 5 brought into contact with the inner periphery of the outline of the virtual cavity 2a in the cut face A. The mold forming member 4 is divided into plural block bodies 7 correspondingly to individual sides 5a of the polygon 5 so that they have individual sides 5a of the polygon 5. Parts corresponding to individual sides 5a of the polygon 5 of plural divided block bodies 7 are worked on the basis of three-dimensional CAD/CAM data preliminarily set on the basis of the cavity 2 to be formed, and they are assembled into the mold.
