<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light emitting diode drive circuit containing a differential switching circuit, which operates over a wide temperature range for driving a light emitting diode. SOLUTION: A light emitting diode drive circuit is provided with a current bias circuit 11 which supplies a temperature fluctuation compensating bias current, a differential amplifier circuit 13 which is biased in current by means of the bias circuit 11 and differentially amplifies input signals, and a differential switching circuit 12 which drives a light emitting diode 2 to switch with the output of the amplifier circuit 13.</p> |
