<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently evaluate the loss probability and fullfillment percentage of a quality demand in a communication network system for monitoring a network. SOLUTION: In this communication network monitoring system in which network connection equipments 3 and 4 including computers are connected to each other through a network line and a protocol for guaranteeing a communication quality is mounted on the high-order layer of the network, when a network application 4 operating on the computer requests the quality including a band to the network connection equipment 3, the quality of a service received from the network to the application is evaluated (quality information analytic means 15) based on the ratio of refusing the demand and the ratio of a demanded value to an actually secured value when the demand is accepted (request information analytic means 11, response information analytic means 12 and result information measuring means 13).</p> |
