SOLUTION: When an abnormality detecting means 41 detects any abnormality of a system, on the basis of a received total address, an abnormal spot discriminating means 42 discriminates an abnormal spot. Next, an important degree discriminating means 43 investigates the presence/absence of an important degree and when there is the important degree, priority processing is performed corresponding to the important degree. An icon display means 45 displays plural icons and a link line display means 46 displays a link line showing a connection between icons. An abnormal state display means 44 discriminates a state and displays it while changing display corresponding to contents. The real display is performed on a display means 48. The state is outputted to an alarm sounding means 49 in case.</p> |
