PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve effective caching for a specific user who gains mobile access by allowing the managing device to determine multiple cache servers according to information reported from the mobile computer and make the cache servers cache specific WWW information. SOLUTION: The multiple cache servers 3 are decentralized and arranged on a radio-industry-side network and previously cache specific WWW information mainly for mobile terminal devices 1 connected to radio base stations 12 corresponding to themselves. A mobile terminal device 1 informs the managing device 8 of information regarding the connection position of the device with the radio network in specific timing. The managing device 8 makes each cache server 3, determined according to the information reported from the mobile terminal device 1, cache the specific WWW information for the mobile terminal device 1.
