<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, inexpensive and automatic charge collecting system. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of simple radio equipment 101 provided with an antenna and a control part capable of radio communication with on-vehicle equipment 103 for automatic charge collection at the tollgate of the toll road of a distance system for starting the radio communication with the on-vehicle equipment 103 by the operation of a collecting person 100, transmitting entrance information to the on-vehicle equipment 103 through the radio communication at an entrance tollgate and transferring the entrance information and car kind information transmitted from the on-vehicle equipment 103 to a processor 104 and transmitting charge information from the processor 104 to the on-vehicle equipment 103 at an exit tollgate and the processor 104 for calculating a charge from the entrance information and the car kind information from the simple radio equipment 101 at the exit tollgate, transferring the result to the simple radio equipment 101, storing the charge information and transmitting to a host system.</p> |
