PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability as well as a shield effect with sure by fitting a shield cover on the upper surface of a shield case in which an electronic circuit is housed through a metal plate and a high-elastic plate. SOLUTION: A metal plate 10 is placed on the upper surface of a shield case 1, with the upper surface of the shield case 1 closed. A sponge plate 11 is placed on the metal plate 10, and a shield cover 12 is fitted to an outside wall 3 with a screw through the metal plate 10 and sponge plate 11. Then, the sponge plate 11 is screwed together, and the elastic force of it is used to press the metal plate 10 on the upper surface of the shield case 1 so that the metal plate 10 is so pressed as to follow the upper surface of the shield case 1. Thus, even with the number of screws, the metal plate 10 contacts the outside wall 3 and a partition wall 4 over the entire periphery for sufficient shielding effect.
