PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door open/close construction for a wall-mount electric apparatus which exhibits durability to repeated open/close operations. SOLUTION: In an electric apparatus 3, an operating part 2 placed in a housing 4 is operated by opening a door which opens and closes vertically through pivotal movements around a pivot 8. The door has a pivotal part 1b, pivotally supported by a pivot and an opening and closing part 1a covering the operating part 2 extends from the pivotal part, when the door is open. Its housing has a fixed magnetic substance 5 around the pivotal part. The pivotal part is provided with a magnetic body attracting material 6 for maintaining open state of the door through attraction by the fixed magnetic body. Since the open state of the door is maintained through the attraction of the magnetically attracting material of the pivotal part by the fixed magnetic substance of the housing, the door being incapable of fixing in the open state due to wearing out from repeated openings and closings is eliminated.
