PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust a flow rate of vapor by providing a guide pipeline for guiding a heat fluid for generating a refrigerant by giving a heat to a solution in a container for storing the solution dissolved with the refrigerant, and controlling a flow regulating valve for adjusting the flow rate of the fluid based on temperature detection information of the fluid. SOLUTION: Vapor to be supplied from a boiler 1 of a heat source is supplied to a pipeline 4 in a generator 3 arranged in the generator 3 as a container through a vapor tube 6, a heat is supplied to a solution to generate a refrigerant. The vapor out of the generator 3 is thereafter returned to a water tank of the boiler 1 through a circulating tube 5. In this case, a vapor regulating valve 12 is provided in the tube 6. Temperature information obtained by a vapor temperature detector 10 for detecting a temperature of vapor drain output from the generator 3 is sent to the valve 12 through a controller 13, an opening of the valve 12 is regulated so that a flow rate of the vapor supplied from the boiler 1 becomes smaller than that when normally operated, thereby preventing an abrupt change of the temperature of the solution in the generator 3.
