The heating installation, has a heat exchanger, heated by a boiler, a fluid input circuit fitted with a pump, radiators , a fluid return circuit, a mixing valve, for the return fluid and the fluid coming from the boiler, for feeding the fluid input circuit and a controller for the mixing valve which links the temperature of the input fluid to a set temperature. The temperature regulator includes: - a neural network climate predicting device (10) which delivers data relative to forecast building exterior conditions on a number of elementary future periods; - a neural network building interior climate predictor (220); - a processor (76) for determining a comfort level for the buildings users; - an optimal heating power calculator (230) which uses the data from the devices (220, 76), and; - a temperature level generation circuit (70) which sets the temperature level from data based upon the optimal power and the fluid return temperature. . |
