PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which makes an instruction manual or the like into electronic information for every product and collaterally displays it. SOLUTION: A product collateral information 2 including essential information and a memory or a part of information such as an identification symbol are integrated with a product. In mass information, an identification information is added to the information 2 to form electronized and filed information. It is preliminarily stored in a storing means 3 to which access can easily be performed. A display device 5 bridging between those information recording parts or identification symbol and the means 3 and an operating means 4 are provided, and the product collateral information is read to a device close at hand directly to the product, through an auxiliary memory or form a storing means in an external storage server through a communication line. Thus, the product manages product information and display quantity more than that of a collateral record information is displayed.
