<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure reliability over a long term by providing protrusions and recesses on a weatherproof resin film thereby preventing formation of a space between solar cells. SOLUTION: A laminate passed through an initial step is sent to a step for sealing the laminate with thermal laminate by vacuum pressing to produce a disc-like laminated structure. During the thermal laminating in the sealing step, a mold plate 8 having a protruding/recessed plane 7 is mounted on a weatherproof resin film 4 to transfer the protrusions/recesses 9 over the entire region. In the case of a weatherproof resin film 4 having a large coefficient of linear expansion, the linear protrusions/recesses 9 are preferably waved in the same direction as the elongating direction. In the case of a weatherproof resin film 4 from which stress has been removed through annealing in the production process, hemispherical protrusions are distributed over the entire surface. The structure and depth of the protrusions/recesses 9 depend on the coefficient of linear expansion of the weatherproof resin film 4 and the kind of a sealing resin sheet 6.</p> |
