PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stroboscope device constituted so that the finish of charging is displayed by an inexpensive light emitting diode and the consumption of a battery is reduced. SOLUTION: The base current of an oscillation transistor 35 is controlled by a transistor for control 36 so that a primary-side current made to flow to a primary coil 41 is increased and decreased. The transistor 36 is turned on by a base current supplied from the battery 27 through a resistance for restricting a current 39. Then, the supply of the base current of the transistor 35 is started. The base current is increased by a secondary-side current flowing by the electromotive force of a secondary coil 42 so as to increase the base current of the transistor 35. Since the resistance 39 can be set large, the base current of the transistor 36 from the battery 27 can be decreased. Besides, since the magnitude of the base current of the transistor 35 is changed by the transistor 36, the power consumption of the battery is reduced rather than the base current of the transistor 35 is increased and decreased by using a tertiary coil 43. Moreover, the light emitting diode 26 is connected to the coil 43 and the coil 43 is used only for turning on the diode 26 when the charging is finished. |
