PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize both a countermeasure against energy and global environment and a visually comfortable state simultaneously by combining two kinds of photovoltaic cells having different visible light absorption characteristics side by side. SOLUTION: In three kinds of photovoltaic chemical cells, batteries 1, 2 and 3 can transmit yellow, red purple and blue green lights, respectively, and photovoltaic chemical cell sealed with an epoxy based sealant are formed by laminating a conductive glass 1 (a conductive layer 2 is provided on glass), a TiO2 layer 3, a dye layer 4, electrolyte 5, a platinum layer 6 and glass 7 sequentially. When three kinds of cell are connected in series and irradiated with a simulated solar beam, a short circuit current of 14 mA is produced and a photovoltaic power generator being employed in stained glass can be manufactured by arranging three kinds of cell appropriately. Consequently, a photovoltaic power generator excellent in conversion efficiency and applicable to a visually comfortable decoration window of stained glass, for example, can be obtained. |
