PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety by surely receiving only a transmission signal from a desired station. SOLUTION: A visibility discrimination section 12 that discriminates whether or not a transmission station 14 is visible is provided. Then the visibility discrimination section 12 discriminates whether or not transmission station 14 is visible on the basis of a navigation position of a space navigation body and station position information of the transmission station 14 and selects a received signal on the basis of visibility discrimination information denoting that the station 14 is visible.
