PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the limit of signal transmission speed and to correspond to the miniaturization of a circuit by exciting the change of a magnetization direction or the change state as a discrete wave and sequentially transmitting the discrete wave between adjacent magnetized areas. SOLUTION: The change of a magnetization direction or the change state is excited as a discrete wave and the discrete wave is sequentially transmitted between adjacent magnetized areas. Iron magnetic dots 10 are one-dimensionally arranged by the procedure of the formation of a resist film on a silicon substrate 11, the exposure of electronic beams, the sputtering of iron and the removal of the resist film. In the magnetic momentum of the respective magnetic dots 10, a state where they are arranged by making them face an array direction causes whole energy to be minimum and the discrete wave where the magnetic moment of a part of magnetic dots is rotated can be excited. The magnetic moment 13 of the magnetic dots corresponds to the discrete wave. The position of the discrete wave moves in the array at high speed with time.
