PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing oxide magnetic material which can be applied as the high-frequency material of an electronic device, magnetic tile and electromagnetic wave absorber. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, NiZn-, MgZn- or MnZn-based magnetic powder (polishing sludge) is mixed with non-magnetic powder (industrial porcelain clay) containing 0.1 weight % or more of organic binder to obtain a mixture. The mixture is adjusted in humidity, molded, and then baked at a maximum temperature of 1,000 deg.C or higher. Thereby NiZn-based and other magnetic powder can be effectively utilized without discarding them, and contribution can be made toward environmental. |
