PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive composition having high sensitivity and high preservability by incorporating a specified compound. SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition contains a compound of the formula, wherein at least one of A and B is haloalkyl, L is a combining group and Q is an atomic group having absorption at 400-1,000 nm, preferably 700-1,000 nm. The haloalkyl is, e.g. monchloromethyl, dichloromethyl, trichloromethyl or the like. The combining group L is, e.g. alkylene, arylene, alkenylene, -SO2-, -SO-, -Oor a combination of such groups. The atomic group Q is preferably the residue of a dye such as a cyanine dye, a merocyanine dye, a (keto)coumarin dye or the like. |
