PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement in user's merchandise selectivity and the advantageous utilization of apparatus. SOLUTION: A front panel section 1 attachable and detachable to and from a main body section 2 of the onboard electronic apparatus is forms and attaching and detaching mechanisms and communication formats which are specific to each other are adopted to enable the user to select plural kinds of the front panel sections 1. The user is thus able to combine the front panel sections 1 satisfactory in terms of design with the main body section 2 satisfactory in terms of performance.
